New London Industries makes stencils for spray painting clouds, mountains, hills or city scenes on model railroad backdrops, military dioramas, clothing or other applications where realistic sky and or distant mountain or city scenes are needed.
Spray painting with New London
Industries' stencils requires little artistic ability to achieve satisfying results.
All stencils are constructed of reusable manila cardstock and contain instructions, which
include recommended paint colors and techniques. The stencils have been effectively
used in all scales and in some full size decorating applications. These stencils
and the spray techniques were first featured in Railroad Model Craftsman Magazine (March
1986 --two part article).
